Short on time but need to workout? Enjoy this 25 minutes mixture of cardio with lower back and Oblique work. This combination will increase your heart rate, strength the core and give you a sense of accomplishment. Focus on the muscle being worked (ex: quadriceps during squats) and Do YOUR NEXT LEVEL BEST!
