Thanks so much for attending my class! I hope you have fun! Zumba® Gold comes in many different varieties and levels. Mine tends to be fairly lively, but remember... turns are always optional and it's OK to modify as you need to. I'm dancing in a tiny house, so my steps tend to be small, but you can make yours bigger (or smaller) or match mine... totally up to you. The most important thing is to have fun, feel the music and be careful! Drink lots of water too, and if dancing on carpet, pick up your feet.
