Be sure to have plenty of space where you can move around freely, move any furniture or objects out of the way of your dance floor, have water and a sweat towel near by, and come wearing comfy cloths, supportive shoes (yes even on carpet) and a smile! Check that your internet connection is strong. Ask family members to not use internet while you are taking your class. It’s okay to modify moves that feel uncomfortable for your body! Don’t do something that hurts and causes you injury! Make up your own moves if you have to! Just keep moving and have fun! Be free, let go, smile! As long as you you're doing this, you’re doing great!! It’s not about how you look.. it’s about how you feel and I want you to feel great! * Purchasing this class is an agreement that the instructor is not liable for any injury or health issue that may be caused while participating in Zumba®. You understand that you are dancing at your own risk. Always talk with your doctor before beginning a new work out regimen. *Recording classes are not permitted! The instructor works very hard to create and deliver classes to her participant and deserves to be compensated for this effort. Please do not record classes!
