Please wear comfortable supportive shoes with a sole which will allow you to slide or twist on your home dance surface. Please choose a dance floor where you can walk forward 4 steps, walk backward 4 steps, take 4 steps to the right and for step to the left from a central point. You must also be able to reach your arms overhead and out to both sides without hitting anything. Please work at your own pace, you may take a break whenever you need it. Please consult with your physician before starting a new exercise program if you have any chronic illnesses or injuries. You are responsible for monitoring your own health as the instructor will not be able to see you.
