Dettagli:Thanks for choosing to dance with me <3 All you need is a safe mental and physical space to move freely (about 4-6 ft for fwd/back/left/right). Let the music move you. There is no good or bad dancing, as this is all about confidence and embracing our beautiful bodies. Be safe and smart about your exertion level. Stay hydrated and take breaks as needed. This is a high intensity workout with intermittent intervals for maximum cardio and calorie burning effect. There will be emphasis on core/upperbody/lowerbody strengthining during class. Be mindful of your back (keep it straight, with chin elevated). keep knees slightly bent and stay light on your toes at all times. It is important that you never bring your knees past your toes when bending to avoid injury. Consult with a physician or medical provider prior to participating. Most importantly, enjoy the party.
