There will be emphasis on core/upperbody/lowerbody strengthining during class. Be mindful of your back (keep it straight, with chin elevated). keep knees slightly bent and stay light on your toes at all times. It is important that you never bring your knees past your toes when bending to avoid injury. Consult with a physician or medical provider prior to participating. Most importantly, enjoy the party.
